SO started reading a new book on survival-- not the prepper sort of book on how to save wheat in a bucket- but how to be self serving in a survival situation (for you and your family) It allot about if you are in a safe room and somone was outside do you let them in even though there is only so much food ect ect-- It is in stark contrast to the compassion books I just read.
On a side note we rent a movie about 3 old guys robbing a bank-- It was pretty funny overall. (I forget the name)
We had a movie in the driveway on Saturday night, it was the perfect temperature.
We watched Hachi, which is an older movie and you all have seen it several times, but it was kid appropriate and available.
It was after the movie that I was told that Neil Diamond had a large farm and would take guest out in a boat, kick on his stereo. The barn was the left speaker, and the garage was the right speaker, so that the sound would surround you while you were on the boat.
I finally finished "Orange is the new black" which I though was overall a pretty good show. It gave light to something I had not given thought to much before. It's clear to see why prison either swallows a person, or kills their spirit.
I finished "The Ranch" last night, and really enjoyed it.
I started to watch Voyeur, but didn't know what I was getting into, and lost interest quick. I thought it might be a movie, but it was a documentary.
I watched the first episode of "Archer" which is dumb, but captivating. I feel my brain cells die as I watch it. I may give a few more episodes a try to see if I go brain dead.
I continued watching Archer, while walking on the treadmill, and I think I kind of enjoy it. It is mind numbing, but it keeps my ears distracted while my legs and feet are screaming "NO MORE"
Last night I did nearly 2 hours on the treadmill watching it.
We went to "The Greatest Showman" last night, and I wanted to walk out. Turns out it was a musical, and I hate musicals. I guess I didn't do enough research on it before agreeing to go with the family.
