I'll also be making a consol out of fiberglass for a place to rest my arm and put stuff that I'll forget I have.

I mounted factory captain's chairs out of an 84-86 F150 (didn't know they had those til I found em) into my 81...I had a few issues, not sure if the Bronco seats will be the same.
- I had to drill several holes. One or two bench seat bolt holes lined up on each new seat, but the remaining holes didn't and I had to make several new ones.
- The driver's seat sat at a slight angle if I had the sliders lined up evenly. I got it to sit straight though....because I didn't pay close enough attention to the fact that the slider brackets are not connected to each other and thus move individually from each other, and when I mounted everything up, they just so happened to be offset the right amount to let the seat sit level. LOL
- I put a few washers under the slider brackets as needed (only had to do it on the rear left driver's seat slider in my case) to keep things from wobbling due to slight differences in the new seat bracket shape vs. the bench seat's.
Best thing I coulda done, these babies even have two flip-down armrests each!

Drove to harlan. Great trip. Truck did good. Got to work some minor kinks out kinks out. The front tank has some kind of pin hole in the line. It was sucking air but only after it was below half a tank and I only noticed it when we had a long hill to climb. I'm going to cut out the filler necks this week and raise them. Filling up sucks it's way to slow and I wouldn't loan the truck out like that. Fuel consumption (notice I didn't say economy) was 6mpg average. We were pretty heavy. Next time we will get the bikes on the trailer and that should help. Just didn't have time for the brackets before we left.
Thanksgiving morning.
The day after at one of our many fuel stops.
1000lbs of bikes
4500lbs of Jeep
1000lbs of gear (in the tarp Burrito and piled in the jeep.)
2000lbs of trailer
700lbs of people
5500lbs of truck
Total 14,700lbs
Cruising
Mostly did 60. 65 just felt like the motor was too fast. Pulled it fine.

You have the exact same truck as I do (minus the dually's) and I felt the same way. I have a tach mounted outside in front of the windshield. At 55 I'm doing right at 2500rpms. 60 I was doing around 2750 and 65 seemed like I was getting the engine wound up a little too much at 3000 RPMs. I know it doesn't "redline" until around 5500 but I don't want to push it. Especially right away after rebuilding it.

Junk yard. Matter of fact, my entire interior is from junkyards. There's really nice stuff out there, you just gotta know what you want and keep your eyes open.
Sorry it took so long to reply, didn't even know you asked the question til I read this topic today. lol

Maybe I should put some sound deadening in the cab.
After some minor things then 3.54's are on the short list.

I put the foam backed adhesive foil all over the floor and inside the doors of my truck when I replaced the rusted sections of floor a couple of years ago.
I had some mass damping stuff left over from a job for the firewall and doors.
But used the thinner duct wrap from Home Depot on the floor itself.
That, and a new set of door and window gaskets, quieted it down a whole lot.
And brought things back to where the heater will roast me out of the cab if left on full blast.
