Nice looking tractor might be a little light for what your wanting to do when I mentioned 8&9ns I was saying that parts should be available for whatever Ford you might find.
When I was on the farm we had all Deere stuff, never had an issue getting parts, and we also had a Hesston baler and sp haybine, after goin in and buying parts for all brands AGCO is really crazy on most things, Ford (compared to Deere) has poor parts support, it may be due to changing over to CNH. And just for example the elbow from my turbo that the stack fits on is $248. Deere seems to be the least insane with their parts prices, along with the best availability.
Well Xnay the 8 or 9 N tractors lol. Looks like I am going to go with this here 2010 with 46 hp at the PTO, which is where it counts! I have been narrowing it down and slowly but steadily its getting there.
The 2010 has live pto power steering and live hydraulics. And the shifter is on the dash which leaves the platform nice and un cluttered. I always kinda liked the 2010. It was the dubuque tractor that wandted to be built at waterloo.
in my experience with the 8-9n tractors they were good for bush hogging and were not worth much for loader work ! they were good back in there days for plow , disc work , the other alternative was the horse and plow !

I saw one at a threshing shom with a mounted 1-16 plow and that lil plow was kicking that tractor everywhere.
I intend to get a small loader for the 2010, I have decided on the 2010, thats what I am going with. If you guys could help me find a loader that wont toss it around or be too heavy in the front that would be great.

Before you get a 2010, make sure a loader will work. It has an "open center" hydralic system.... I'm not sure what that means exactly but it has something to do with what accesories it will run and how they are controlled. Grandpa's 2020 had a loader with an elaborate setup for the controls. I'm not sure you will be able to find one for a 2010 without fabbing. I may be wrong, just hate to see you buy something thats not gonna work for you.
John deeres open center system gives you 100% of the pressure at idle, reving the motor will not give you more. John deere hydraulics are far superior to other brands. The guy my dad bought his 2510 from commented it had way better hydraulics then his 1370 CASE. The john deeres have an acumulator in them and IIRC flow about 18 to 20 gpm at 2100 psi. The only thing i hate about plugging loaders into remote valves is the detents hold the valve open, you may just want to run a valve block with a separate spool valve setup, I'm guessing also that 2010 has only 1 valve to start with.
