How do you like the new dually Russ? How's the 6.7 power compared to the 6.0? Are you ready for a bigger trailer now?
I really like the 2011! It's far quieter and has a much stronger engine with a great powerband. The torque comes in at a very low rpm, peaks quickly and stays there! It's perfect and tows my trailer with ease, even over the Grapevine.
It's took me awhile to get used to the 'big butt'.... gotta watch those curbs on right hand turns.
Yep, we're probably going to a 35' 5th wheel next year.
No they dont need a code, you just go in and they will do everything. That code is the CARB approval number.
aahh ok good.
I just didn't want anything to happen and them be like "it failed"
we already have so many problems when having to get the '89 5.0 mustang smogged...one time they wouldn't/couldn't even do it at one location cuz no one knew how to work a manual....people have become way to dependent on automatics
Ahh I have such a long list of things I wanna do to the X...one day..one day
would love to put in a diesel, 07+ F-350 axles to have the front coilovers and bigger brakes.
I'm needing to get the brakes done soon anyway too, so I'm trying to decide if I should get some new pads and rotors now that fit with the stock 16-17's, or in the next year when I'm gonna probably be needing some new tires, should I just go for the cheaper stuff now or when I get new tires and hopefully move up to 18's then I can get some bigger rotors.
