with my set up I should be some where between 500-550HP. There was no mention of spinning tyres so Im assuming no.

Hi Brian, the engine and turbo sounds great - from the vid I can see:
1) some puffs of black;
2) you're running a snorkel;
3) headlights on...
Did you also record the runs on your AE? Given that there's black coming out my layman's thinking is that your fuel (HPOP and injectors) are pushing enough fuel in. Could it be the restriction in air intake?
How accurate is the dyno? Is it worth trying another dyno for a second opinnion?
For an extra 0.2 of a HP turn the headlights off
Lastly - was the dyno calibrated in KW and the graph using HP? - cause 398.8KW = 534HP - a 'funny' coincidence as that is about what you were expecting.
Certainly Bryan's seat of the pants review called it 500hp+ 3rd gear wheel spinning sideways etc...
