Brake lines; before I closed up shop in 2008 we replaced a ton of them on the super duty trucks. I changed them on my truck. had same issue. all is good for last two years.
Yeah, I'd bet on nasty slide pins. Let us know what you find though. GREAT sig Pat!
Thanks Chris, but I have to give credit to Steve for that, it was his line..

What year trucks Tim? I have heard about bad fluid, steering pump fluid, slide pins, and those damn metal shims, but have yet to hear anything of hoses??
2000-2007 all have had trouble. My truck 2005, if you replace calipers, rotors, pads. the calipers come with new slide pins. never had any issues with master cyl. but as stated lots of brake hoses. I even had the left rear hose on mine go bad. I hope this helps. Note: this is not saying there may not be something else wrong but this is what I have run into 95% of the time I am not there checking it my self but you know.
I vote slide pins. The ones on my brothers 02 were frozen when we took it apart last Sunday. He got to buy new rotors and pads. He didn't want to, but I made him.

I maybe wrong but I think they said calipers were changed. new calipers come with new pins. and if done at a shop or dealer all that is cleaned or replaced and lubed up. If the new brakes are still sticking like stated. the slide pins will not be the issue. ( cleaned and lubed ) hoses is more like it.
IF Calipers were changed, then yes, I would go for hoses, but I didnt recall calipers, sorry if I wasnt paying attention. ADDDDDDDDDDDDDD what was I saying...

Pat, I was not sure but I think she said in the march tread they were but I could be wrong. But note that she took it in to a shop or dealer and any good shop or dealer would when replacing brakes. Clean or replace slide pins, shims and lube them so sticking should not be an issue. some places only test drive around the block. not time enough to heat up fluids and brakes. at that point with heat hoses will show any issues. I had my techs., test drive all repairs for a 10-15mi. run stop + go and down road to see that all was good. that is when we would find hose issues. More info on what all was done would be great.

Reason: info
I tore it apart and everything is fine. It's the brake lines. Our fleet manager has changed a few on our service trucks. Her truck is what we have a bunch of plus 2 new 2011 and a new f550 for me on order . New brake lines in the morning. But she still has something loose in her head.
