Those kids will be scarred for life. The squirrel probably will have nightmares too.

Soak the spring packs in gear oil?

I don't know much about that, Pop. And I had the sound turned off so I didn't hear the squeaking. I know they sell a "wet bolt" kit for trailer shackles so that you can lube the nylon eye bushings. The high mileage RVrs say the nylon bushings don't hold up. I know my trailer squeaks really bad when backing up. The axles get twisted badly.

WTF....why do the kids have cell phones at school anyway. That is one area that I will be a major hard @$$. Kids these days have way too many things they don't deserve.
How about we just tell the kids to stop feeding the squirels and pick up the trash. That's why it was there, it's looking for food.
Cant', that wouldn't be politically correct and might hurt their self esteem (sarcastic). My wife is a teacher and hates seeing what is happening to the schools now.
Our Local school district, if the child is caught with a Cell phone while on campus, the phone is confiscated, and the parent has to go reclaim it, on the first offense... any ensuing offense the phone is confiscated for the school year. I responded by giving my kids the Tracfone pay as you go phones, if they were confiscated the kids had to go buy a new phone, that way I wasn't stuck for a monthly phone bill on a non-useable phone! and there was no Text messaging set up on those phones. I checked their phone calls daily..aka no friend calls only family as needed. Yeah I was tough, they only got phones for junior and senior year. But I have good kids, that are responsible adults now, with degrees and good jobs. I also only would let my kids play in sports programs that actually did keep score, and have winners and losers. I quit coaching because the league wouldn't allow score keeping as it might hurt the little brats feelings if they lost! Can you imagine that? My kids played in real leagues, and when they hit high school were very good athletes and the coaches always comment on what good sports they were..... Sure because they had learned how to deal with winning and losing gracefully.. Way too many parents are way to soft on their kids... afraid of not being their friends,,, hey you are not their friends you are their parents start acting like it people ....Sorry is the teacher in me coming out?
