Funny you say that darlin, as I had a fire in my firepit in the back yard tonight, while sippin on a corona light brew. I getting ready to hit the tanning bed and some weights and then the rack.

That's awesome! We opted out of doing the campfire & spa tonight once we realized how cold & breezy it was - don't need to get sick or spark a fire elsewhere from hot embers. We stayed warm inside watching a movie & had ice cream & orange kisses instead.
*IMPORTANT*
Don't forget to set your clocks ahead tonight! Guess spring has officially sprung! LOL!
Goodnight to all
Good Evening Nevada.
Donna have you visited any of the hot springs in the Carson area? I don't know if Carson Hot Springs is still going or what it is like these days. But Glovers Hot Springs in Markleeville, Wallys in Genoa.
My wife & I traveled to the La Paz County Fair in Parker AZ. Stopped at one of our favorite diners in Quartzite for dinner, then home. It was nice to get out of the City & the traffic.
We thought we messed up we didn't take sweatshirts & the temp in dropped from 89 degrees to the mid 70s in just about an hour. We are 68 degrees right now in east Yuma.

Been to Carson Hot Springs, & Wallys. Both were great! We have a spa at home now, so it saves us the trip to town. LOL!
68* in Yuma? That's practically swim suit weather! Wish I was there, then I could meet my half brother & sister that I've never met. That would be so awesome. : ) ofcourse, it would be great to meet up with you & your family too & any other FTE members from that area. : ) Always nice to put a face to the name.
Donna, Vici & I will be in Hawthorne in two & a half weeks for 4 or 5 days. I have to do some work on our Jeep & Blazer, but I heard my wife say something about a Reno trip one of those days. If you PM me a phone number I'll send mine back to you & maybe we can meet even if it is a quick lunch or whatever.

Good morning! Started of raining but has turned out pretty nice, getting ready to go out an pull some weeds that have popped up seemingly overnight.
@Donna-you don't want to trade places with Craig over the summer, trust me!
@Bruce-racing starts here April 16th. Hope to see you down this year!
Michelle if she traded places she would only spend a part of the summer here the rest will be traveling & camping etc. We are planning on spending part of our summer break in Zion, Bryce, & The Arches National Parks. We will most likely spend some in Ely, & Eureka NV. Then we will check on my mom in Hawthorne & spend sometime there also. The summers aren't that bad A/C is everywhere along with lots of water, & when you are retired you can do & go any place. I use to love our midnight swims @ Lake Mohave when we lived in Bullhead. A group of us would head out to the lake & swim into the early morning hours the temp was in the mid high 90s @ midnight.
