I hope I never have to live in Nevada again. So the answer in No Thank You.
Another 90 degree day today. I can't wait until the 100 degree days. It has only been a few days since we quit wearing sweatshirts. The kids today I had for lunch time soccer were still playing ball in their sweatshirts.

I guess i should be happy though, atleast I have a job, a roof over my head, as well as food & clothing.
We're getting ready for soccer season here too! My kids are undecided if they want to play soccer, football, or little league. Guess we'll see what kind of grade they bring home to see if they can even play.

As for the sports & kids they decide after they converse with their buddy's. Soccer is Football here. Yuma has a majority of Mexicans. Many fourth & fifth generations. One thing is that the Mexicans here are very much about family. I volunteer in the Middle School that my wife is a Special eduction teacher. I do lunch duty. We have about 800 kids 7th & 8th grade. The school has two regulation soccer fields along with another 10+ acres that is all grass. I take a group out on to the fields to play. I get between 25 & 40 kids every lunch break. They pick their teams & have about 20 minutes of play time. The only rules are that who ever goes out they play ball, & when I blow the whistle they start in & hand me the ball. It is amazing how many girls play & are real good. In fact some times the girls will play the boys. In fact our 8th grade girls played for City Championship & I never heard how they did. Our school has many championships in sports but we are also in the TOP 22% of all Arizona schools in test scores.

Thanks Scott. Not much happening here this weekend. My son & I got the same hair cuts (just like the beach pic u saw) - We're getting ready to go in the spa, then later have a few beers & orange kisses next to the campfire. So, that's the highlight of my weekend.
