And some are just weird. It was snowing like crazy a few minutes ago after having been sunny most of the day. It has slowed to very light now, but I can't see the mountain over at Heavenly Ski resort. Wonder if it is dumping up there. It's still above freezing here at lake level.
I hope I never have to live in Nevada again. So the answer in No Thank You.
Another 90 degree day today. I can't wait until the 100 degree days. It has only been a few days since we quit wearing sweatshirts. The kids today I had for lunch time soccer were still playing ball in their sweatshirts.

I wish I didn't live here either! I hate it here! Way to cold for my ol' bones, I'm tired of looking at brown & we're within the top 3 states for unemployment, It's all about who they can screw for money (alcohol/drugs/gambling/brothels) without those...Nevada wouldn't exist! This state doesn't even have a "real state flower!" Really?...Sagebrush!! Wow...a weed!
I guess i should be happy though, atleast I have a job, a roof over my head, as well as food & clothing.
We're getting ready for soccer season here too! My kids are undecided if they want to play soccer, football, or little league. Guess we'll see what kind of grade they bring home to see if they can even play.
As for the sports & kids they decide after they converse with their buddy's. Soccer is Football here. Yuma has a majority of Mexicans. Many fourth & fifth generations. One thing is that the Mexicans here are very much about family. I volunteer in the Middle School that my wife is a Special eduction teacher. I do lunch duty. We have about 800 kids 7th & 8th grade. The school has two regulation soccer fields along with another 10+ acres that is all grass. I take a group out on to the fields to play. I get between 25 & 40 kids every lunch break. They pick their teams & have about 20 minutes of play time. The only rules are that who ever goes out they play ball, & when I blow the whistle they start in & hand me the ball. It is amazing how many girls play & are real good. In fact some times the girls will play the boys. In fact our 8th grade girls played for City Championship & I never heard how they did. Our school has many championships in sports but we are also in the TOP 22% of all Arizona schools in test scores.

Sorry to hear that Donna. I am off and trying to enjoy the weekend. So far so good and chillin after I nice steak dinner I cooked.
Thanks Scott. Not much happening here this weekend. My son & I got the same hair cuts (just like the beach pic u saw) - We're getting ready to go in the spa, then later have a few beers & orange kisses next to the campfire. So, that's the highlight of my weekend.
