fat chance. last time i tried to get a nudey pic she started throwing random objects at me, plus my stoooopid phone has like a 1 second delay when you take a pic, ghey. so i usually end up getting blurry pics of her covering up real quick
that was what was supposed to be welded together. here is the "oopsie" craptastic booger weld. meh, confused from bewbs and 15 beers in, i guess shyte happens
like i said i flaked out. i was set to weld and had my place, she came out. i told her i'd be done in a bit and like a ******* i just went right back to welding without double checking that i was still on my mark. the spot i was about to weld was a line, so when i started welding on the wrong line it took me a bit to notice. **** happens, it's my stuff not yours, so mind yer business clarence :flipoff2:
That's not a big deal , just a zip cut, round up some shims with a new bearing and call it good.
I've seen way funnier things at work like the time we had some steel stairs and between each pan a welder was doing downhand stitches every 6"s. Thing is it's a formed angle and he was running stitches in the corner of the bend where the was no joint! He did a couple stair pans that way.
Another time a welder on site welded half the day with a suitcase welder and fluxcore wire that produces slag that covers it half the day until he finally chipped a weld and it was ALL porosity! He forgot to turn the gas on. Don't know how he missed it as when you finish a weld with no gas its like a sparkler for a couple seconds bubbling away.
cut off the welded bearing and cleaned it all up. it'd be back together and in the truck if the dumbfork newb at orielly's would have sold me the correct bearing. guess he grabbed a d44 carrier bearing because it's a bit small for my diff. should have known not to have the new guy at the parts house take my order. nice cool night too, good time to be out playing in the garage.
