What brand and how much would it normally cost. I want to add one but most reviews are saying they don't last very long.
The lite bars are priceless to my families safety... you would THINK they could see a 10 foot tall truck stopping in front of them but these things are at a perfect height on the ex - right at eye level for the 4 wheelers behind us...
I got one off amazon at least 4 years ago, maybe 6,
when the reverse lite function versions first came out and it's lasted perfectly even with banging it loading up sometimes !
note because of the curve of the area under the rear doors, the stick'em tape did not look strong enough to me, so I did screw it into the rear lip
hey man how much did you pick up the silver excursion project for? what are your plans for it? and how you been doing. i been out and about it summer time!!!
its so nice to have my beast back! thought i should update with a few pics. on my way home from a friends house i knew of a neat spot so i stopped and took a few since its a nice rainy night
well, my never towing anything will change! decided to fix up our old golf cart trailer. makes the perfect little utility trailer. had the axle totally rebuilt, replacing the wood, painting the frame, all new lighting it should be like new when done! beautiful day yesterday by the way!
Just make sure to have somethin' tall enough on the back so you can see what's goin' on with the rear of the trailer when you're backing up. The dutch doors on the X obscure small trailers like that really well.
Looks like a snowmachine trailer. I screwed a plastic pipe anchor (receptacle) on the back of mine that I put a piece of 1" sprinkler pipe with a tip painted red in when I need to back up. The plastic pipe can easily be stored under the trailer.
