Every day is the same for me.

 

Me too, pretty much...except I'm eating carnitas today

 

I'm torn between starting some maintenance on the truck now... and being up late... or starting early in the am. (Early in the am is less likely to get complaints from the HOA... apparently the same old lady that keeps complaining is less likely to notice if she doesn't see lights on in my garage at night.)

I've got my heart set on some beer bratwursts tonight... trying to decide between cooking them in dark beer... or darker beer. :-)

 

I vote for darker

 

Carnitas tacos sound good.
