You could, but it would be a waste of time. You are much better off having that TS chip custom burnt for your truck. Or spending that money on a DP tuner or another tuner that will do more for your truck than stacking chips and be much better on your motor as well. Do bother fooling with trying to stack chips.
i couldnt see your last pic but imma assume the other items u said not chips(programmers) connect to the dlc. so let me rephrase my question, can you stack a chip and a programmer. im still learning light duty diesel high performance so be patient, they dont teach that at nashville auto diesel college yet, just heavy duty diesel, so thanx.

On these trucks, no.
A chip will override the memory on the PCM. So if a programmer is installed on the PCM, it will be ignored by the chip and overridden entirely.
Like Curtis said, not on these trucks. The chip handles everything -- fueling, timing, & shifting. Using a programmer will only be overridden, and anything else like ICP foolers are completely uncessesary as well. Just pick a good tuner and proceed. If you have a 6-position chip, Tony Wildman will reburn it for $150 with awesome tunes, and on top of that, if you need any re-burns, they're free. I'm quite happy with his tuning, and so are many others.
On the Cummins, you HAVE to stack. One box for fueling, one for timing, which has to do with legal issues rather than technical. Kind of dumb really, but you know what happens when lawyers get involved...
