You sure about that Bill? I always thought a 3/4 view meant an oblique view, halfway between a front (full) view and a side view.

The answer probably depends on the context. Steve is definitely right about perspective or isometric views. But those are not photographic terms.
That doesn't mean that the term cannot be used to describe a photographic view of an object. A truck photographed from an angle showing 2 or 3 surfaces could be called a 3/4 view. Also called a quartering view angle.
Further, use of the term for architechural drawings or photographs is also valid, in the context of showing 3 out of 4 walls. This is probably a very common use among realtors.
I can find the term used in both contexts. So as usual, there is more than one correct answer.
Well, this is depressive. Took the pump plate out, turns out there were two seals there. I must have missed it during the rebuild. I'm hoping I can get it back on there tomorrow. I also have work tomorrow night. And, the land lady comes by tomorrow. With luck, the trans will be one so I can start the truck to show her it's not "disabled". *wink, wink, nudge*

Rezvani's Latest Post-Apocalyptic Monster Is a Ford F-150 Raptor Underneath
Sean Hannity interviewed George Bush tonight. The two of them spent an hour driving around the Crawford ranch in George's 2010 F-150 King Ranch. Fox had temporarily outfitted the truck with some tiny cameras and they carried on a conversation as easily as though they were on a set.
