I have the kits box...I havent found it yet, but when I do I will surely post its p/n...as for Bob Allen Ford...Bill's right...Ive called them for sheets and giggles on what most would consider relatively cheap parts a couple of times over the years and they want an arm and a leg and then some...
As for the info people come forward with over 1 part and what is right and so on... It's because people DO care whats right and whats not. I dont know about some of you, but if Im showing something I dont want to show it with something that I know isnt correct if my intent is to show a correct interior or engine bay, etc.
Thanks guys for all your help on this. Who woulda' thought that something as simple as a washer fluid bag would be so complicated? Keep up the great work on answering questions from newbies like me...

If anyone else cares I have found out what our trucks came with ORIGINAL from the FACTORY!
C1AZ-B WAS first bag, That number was then changed to C1AZ-C at which time the color changed but same bag. It then Changed from C1AZ-D. The last number it was given.
So if you have installed a Blue, Red or Black bag with correct dimensions it was correct at one time as the numbers changed and the color changed.
The bag stayed the same.
But..... From the factory the correct bag is..............
Edit add: The bag itself stayed the same but the CAP changed from twist on to spring loaded type..
