Front spring hangers

I've got a front spring hanger that has been broken & welded back together a couple of times. It works fine as is, but it's ugly as hell, & thought I'd look into getting a replacement to have on hand for when I'm ready to pull the front clip & install mounts for my new motor. I've looked in the usual catalogs (LMC, Dennis Carpenter) & they don't have the front spring hangers. Does anyone make a reproduction? If not, do the 2wd's use the same one as the 4wd? If anyone has one they'd be willing to part with, please let me know. Thanks!

The front shackles are the same as 4x2's
Good luck in your quest.

Are you looking for the one at the rear of the front spring? If so, I found one with the help of Number Dummy over a year ago. Otherwise, you will have to find a used one. No one seems to make a repro. I have not installed mine yet (life gets in the way), and if I get the time I will make a drawing of it. It is made of 1/4" flat stock.

Would you happen to have the part number?

The tag on the part is B9TT5340A. I checked my correspondence with NumberDummy, and back then the one I bought was the only one that showed up in his searches. I guess I was the lucky one. I have a 1959 F250 4x4 that has a home made hanger that I am going to replace. Over the years I have seen these vintage trucks with fatigue cracks on the front spring hangers, and with damage where someone cut off a spring bolt and did not know where to stop cutting.

Also, it looks as if the part is the same for 4x2 and 4x4. F100 and F250.

Maybe one of the members who are converting to IFS will step up and provide one no longer needed by them.
