question about EBP sensor

I know they are not cheep. do you know anyone with a 6.0 that you can try one from first.

Sadly I don't know anyone else with a 6.0L. Everyone seems to be a Cummins fan out here......I guess I'm just gonna have to take the plunge and get a new one. There's a used one on Ebay for $30. Maybe I should try that first?

UPDATE: EBP Sensor

I just received my new VGT Solenoid. I pull the old one out and what do you know it looked liked someone dragged the tip of it on cement. It was really dirty and had a lot of burnt oil on it. One of the o-rings had a chunk or rubber missing out of it. Installed the new one and no more surging! Runs like its supposed to. Here's a picture of the tip on the old one.
