Which programmer?

I have a performance tune and an economy tune, and then I have each of those with either a stock shift schedule or a custom shift schedule. It takes me 5-6 minutes to program the chip when I modify the tunes, and then I can switch tunes while driving if I want, no down time loading programs.

Update on the trip too, averaged 13.60 over 1174 miles traveled, up as high as 7200ft and back down as low as 1000ft again, and the V-10 is awesome. We opted to take the V-10 Excursion instead of the 6.0L F-350 for this trip, and I'm pretty happy with how it has performed. The only time I missed the diesel was passing trucks up 6% grades, the V-10 is a little shy on torque and has to kick down and wind out the revs. This thing would clean my old 460 F-350's clock.

I took the truck in for an a/c evac and fill. It was a bit low, but they found no leaks. It blows colder now, so my trip to TX tomorrow will be nice and cool.

Finished my drivers side lower door rust repair, hooked up the scanner to check if there were any old stored codes, pulled the boat home in preparations for my first ever pulling two trailers at the same time in two days.

Put Rancho 9000 shocks on it today, and worked on freeing up the manual hubs. All working better. New Bridgestone Revo tires are supposed to be in tomorrow. Hope to get them on Friday,285/75R16. Next week will put in my Vcodes and alignment, thinking of putting in the rear 3in blocks I got from the salvage yard. Will see how it sits after springs are in. Oh yea changed the oil too...

You're going to need that a/c! It's hot as hell down here in Houston!

I drove it again today like I stole it. Man I love the sound of the v10 and the now crisp gear changes with the 5star tunes.

Swapped out the rusty steel rear diff cover for the OEM late model finned aluminum cover, plus $70 worth of Motorcraft 75W-140 synthetic and a tube of Dana friction modifier.
