on the bright side. paycheck will be nice!
I drove from Mississippi to Chicago for work on Sep 25 and was supposed to work 4 10s. They held us over for this big project and I worked straight thru my 2 week schedule and right into the next rotation. I still have 3 more days to go before I can go home (unless they hold us again) and then I have a 12 hour drive to get back home. Also, worked 12-14 hours most of those days. The really bad thing is that since I was planning on only working for 4 days, I only have 4 day's worth of clothes.

The crew I'm with had already worked 7 days before I joined them. They'll have 80 hours of regular time and 75 hours of overtime on one two-week check!

This was a $35 million project that they were about to finish. Most of it is done now.

Couldn't find any fittings, had to resort to my own collection. Didn't get a real lot done today.
