Help Please/program door codes

My new truck didnt come with the 5 digit code in the glove box that would allow me to unlock the door or reprogram...Im pissed..dealer lost the card! can any dealer give me this info by looking up the vin#

for the prior years the code is on a label on the firewall around where the radio is.. don't know if it holds true for the 11's.. the dealer should be able to look it up.. either from the vin, or thru the vehicle computer..
