I believe if you remove the panel below the steering column, use a flash light then look up to the left of the column and you should see a white box with 5 numbers on it. I could be wrong where it is located.

I found mine the other night by doing that. If you stick your head down by the pedals and look up in the direction of the drivers side rear view mirror, you will see a white box with 5 big, very obvious numbers. This is your factory code.
The location varies with the year and the vehicle, but a little searching on here should turn up the location for you. If all else fails you can take it to the dealer and they'll scan it for you, but they charge an hour labor for it.
Sorta kinda. Since it's only 5 digits there are only 100,000 possible combinations (00000-99999). So if the numbers are sequential, every 1 in 100K vehicles made with a keypad, share the same code.
I looked under the dash as directed and whalla there it was. So, when you are under the dash, look to the right kinda like by the fuse block deep in there. good luck
