The ones Im using look just like the top picture above except they are two prong. They are made by blazer part number ef-32. They are slightly bigger than the stock ones and they are kinda difficult to plug into the back of the fuse panel and on the front they make the fuse panel access door a very tight fit as they are right up against it.
