Those are exactly what I want. From LMC, same style as factory, clear appearing LEDs that are amber when lit! $80 though. That's why I gotta wait.

And George that LED sceme is friggin insane!!! We use LOTS of LEDs on our ambulances. I know how to program them once on the rig and functional but don't know how to get it started.

K i pulled cab lights off an OBS in the junk yard. I just unscrewed them from the roof and yanked. Problem is i didnt get all the connectors. I was thinking of butt connecting them ,and running the wires down behind my pillar and thru the firewall. Then tie into my orange running lights. So they will come on with the first pull of the switch. And also light up when i his the remote lock. Opinions??

On the truck I pulled them from, they were all connected individually to a main wire inside the head liner then it was connected to a dark green wire behind the light switch so they are on with the park lights and obviously the headlamps. The main wire was run from the head liner behind the trim panel on the driver's A post into the wire bundle for the exterior lamps.

My truck didn't come with cab lights, but I've been tossing the idea around for a long time. I've been looking for a sun visor but have yet to find anything. I would'nt mind putting 10 across the top to give it some character.

Make it look like one of them ol large cars right? lol.

from the factory, with or without roof lights, there is a connector behind the passenger kick panel where you can connect to.

I like the clear factory style lights. Want to get the clear lenses for mine and run amber LED's.

George, those strobe effects with yours are awesome! How did you do that?

Even better. I know what wire to tap into behind the **** but that would be much better. Remember what it looks like and exact location off hand?

i added a ulta bright 5mm led to each clearence light with a seperate line for each one so they could be controlled seperatly. a PIC micro controller does all the work. my cousin did the programming. they can do whatever you imagine. it only takes him 5 min to change the program. its triggered by the horn on the keyless entry lock.

I hear ya. Eight would probably be enough, but ten sounds better. I don't think you can really have too many. I know it looks badass on the big trucks.

Not trying to be annoying and aask dumb questions...But when i pull the headliner out, will i be able to reach the wires or is therea channel the wires run into? Didnt know how much it will suck. The truck i took them off of was a 350 custom so it didnt have a liner. And you couldnt see the wires.
