Thanks for the comments guys. Right now I'm really taking it all in with my engine being done and everything. I used to think "man I can't wait till I get to the point where I get my engine back from the machine shop". Now that I'm at this point, its just wild to me that I don't actually have to long before I have a complete running gear! I have the fuel cell, brake booster, radiator etc etc so now a lot of what I need is the TIME to put it together lol.

And that is usually the hardest to come by. You are getting to the exciting part so hang in and keep on truckin.

Took a pic real quick while dad was tightening the torque converter bolts, put the engine and trans on tailgate of truck so it would be easier to reach everything. Finally got it bolted together and set in place but still need to get a few bolts and what not to get it bolted down permanently.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm gonna try to sneak down to the garage tonight to pop the headers, carb, and valve covers on for a picture (not permanent yet). I might fit/bolt the master cylinder setup in place to see what kind of room I have between the frame and transmission plus eyeball how I need to run the brake lines
