At least in the winter I could plug in some heaters and light a few fires in the fireplaces to stay warm but this time of year what I really want is a shower (and I do NOT need a cold one) 
Part of the problem is the landlady taking her dear sweet time contacting the repair man, authorizing the order of the part, etc. . .
