hot-hot one today-a bad day to spend $500 and move washers around
once I bought the new one and had it in place found out the other one is a $13 fix

Afternoon everyone. Part for the boiler for the water heater was supposed to be in today-REALLY hoping it gets fixed tomorrow

At least in the winter I could plug in some heaters and light a few fires in the fireplaces to stay warm but this time of year what I really want is a shower (and I do NOT need a cold one) Part of the problem is the landlady taking her dear sweet time contacting the repair man, authorizing the order of the part, etc. . .

T-bones are better for grilling. Filet mignon comes out best when done in a cast iron skillet with a pepper crust and pan sauce
