Wait a minute....Tina - you DID NOT need a plumber to get your hot water tank repaired? You required HVAC techs???? This sounds SOOOOOO wrong!

The problem was in the boiler that fires the water heater-and then to add insult to injury I woke up this morning to no hot water. I shut down the gas and power to the boiler and called the service people. HVAC guyn shows up, starts the system up to see where the problem is and low and behold THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. Apparently whatever the issue was reset itself when I shut the system down

Welcome to the club Thanks for joining me in "growing" the MD chapter (funny how we county coordinators are the ones doing it-might be easier for us to simply find existing people rather than making our own )

Let me know if you and/or your wife have any questions/issues/ or just need to talk

Hey Great news, Adam! At least she'll not have to suffer the summer heat when ready! Time for a station wagon!

Prob AIR in the system..... when you turned off the fuel, it resolved itself! You've learned something!
