It is easier if you use punctuation. Are you trying to ask what to do once you got the clamp at the back off or what? If you have the back clamp off and you have removed all the bolts holding it down, you might have to pry the turbo off.

Use clear hose so you can see the oil coming. Hose diameter sized so it just fits through the HPOP res plug hole and long enough to reach the bottom of res and to the ground or at least a foot below the bottom of res. If the hose is tight remove the EOP sensor from the top of the res so you are sure air can get in so the siphon action works. The outlet end of the hose has to stay below the end of hose in the res.

You can also use the trucks vacuum pump, a mason jar, a couple of fittings attached through the lid and a cou[ple of pieces of hose. Hopefully someone has a link to the thread that shows the truck vac pump method.

Here's the jar that I built to evacuate the hpop reservoir. There are more pics and a description in my gallery.

Remove all the wires and hoses to the turbo. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT GOES WHERE.

Remove the "X" pipe or spider or crossover pipe, whatever they call it. 2 clamps at the bottom and the marmon clamp holding it to the turbo.

Remove clamp behind turbo

Slide clip holding EBPV rod and move it off.

Remove 2 bolts holding turbo to pedestal

Lift turbo off and remove

That is a summary of the thing.

Thanks Roland. That's what I was talking about. I'm saving that pic this time, as well as what I find in your gallery.

I think that is the EBPV sensor. If that is what it is, I don't think you should remove it until you want to remove the EBPV altogether.

My bad, I called it the EBPV sensor. It is the actuator. It is what controls the EBPV. Keep that solenoid or it might throw a code.
