Sea Foam Question

I will swear by this stuff, I used it in my 04 Navigator after I hit 100K miles, I downed a whole can into my break booster line, 2 in my tank, one in my crank case, I havent changed the oil yet, I checked it and it wasnt very black, but still going to change it next week. I went from 10.2 mpg to 14.7 mpg driving around to and from work and dropping my kid off at school. The +4 mpg has proven itself for about a month now. And yes, people knew how to find me after I did the break booster line, just follow the 4 mile long trail of thick smoke, wish I would've youtubed it lol.

SeaFoamed my 2003 EB 5.4L (135K) through the brake booster vacuum line.
Sprayed deep kreep directly into the TB while it sat. Poured half a can of seafoam into he crankcase. Replaced he fuel filter and poured a bottle of Techron into the fuel tank. Worked like a champ but did not smoke much. Gas is good and fresh here in Houston. Then changed the oil.
***WARNING***
Air condiioner started acting up and would switch from vent to defrost whenever the engine got above 2K rpm. Wife took it to Ford while I was at work and they popped me for 2 bills to reconnect a small vacuum line that I had accidentally knocked off while replacing the plastic shroud that covers the throttle body. It came off again today and I reconnected it myself for $0.00.
DO Seafoam but do NOT let the vaccum lines become disconnected when replacing the shroud.

I know it, I'm the same way. Sea Foam to me is in the same category as Marvel Mystery Oil. Something that was needed 40-50 years ago when it was a celebratory event to have an engine make it to 100k. I could be wrong, but to me it's snake oil. Now Engine Restorer on the other hand........that stuff actually works.
