Evening all, just got back from New Pinecreek, OR/CA. Spent most of the time turning wrenches. Replaced a water pump on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Fixed two Polaris Snowmobiles, and worked on a Geo Storm. The Geo we never did get done, I think it jumped the timing belt. Snowed pretty good down there, compact snow and ice on hwy 395 and Hwy 20. Glad that trip is over and done, got to see my new grand-daughter for the first time, and found out another is on the way, grandchild that is, not sure of sex yet. Sounds like everyone else got there share or the white stuff.

You guys would be having warmer, and more "normal" weather up there if you hadn't sent your favorite kind down here. It's now been raining for three days straight, with another two in the forecast.
At least your countrymen know how to drive in it, ours don't.
Remember, when you get your rain back, it won't be as cold, or snowing, any more!

I'm originally from north-central Minnesota (genuine COLD country), but except for about four years in the late '60's (when a lot of us in our late-teens and early-twenties were not living in the U.S.), I have lived in the L.A. area for almost sixty years.
Sorta' looking around for a place to be moving on to in the next couple of years, however. Arizona mountain country, or something like it. Maybe northwestern New Mexico.
