got a question on the ole ford. I am running 30W oil in her. going to change oil in 400 miles. Should I stay with 30W or go to 10W40 high milage?

i'd stay with the 5w/30 or 10w/30. i use castrol 5w/30 in my ranger. and it is high miles.
my wife was putting pennzoil in it when i met her. i put a stop to that very quick. and its had castrol in it since. and amzoil is good stuff too. spendy but good. slick 50 additive
works well, prolong is a good product too. but it shouldn't hurt anything! and btw it take 3 oil changes to get 1 blend it the motor.

Morning all, I got a 4 day weekend, I think I will go over to the you pull yard tomorrow and saw off a roof for my Bronco. The PO put in a sun roof, a real pos install, they hacked out the supports for the roof and the thing leaks so much; it looks like rain inside. My youngest is working in a body shop in Portland and said he will change it out for me.
