The bullet thing was my attempt at humor Dave, I have plenty of my own...........I'm not one for talking about my problems either, but this is just getting to be too much. The new owners have raised my rent to 900 bucks a month effective Jan 1. My realtor has found nothing for me, and I'm about to lose what little mind I have left...........

Focus on one task, Don............Find a new place.
Maybe you will have to look closer to the Dalles or think about moving to a whole different area of the desert.........closer to Bend/Redmond?

Moving very far is not an option. I have way to much stuff, and I would lose my customer base. I've been working on selling off a lot of assets to simplify things, but just got informed by SS that by doing that they will take away my SS payments dollar for dollar. I have about $8,000 worth of silver I found a buyer for, but If I do it SS will deduct that amount from my yearly payments. I have about $10,000 worth of lab equipment that I can't sell for the same reason.

Tell me about it...........Just heard from my realtor this afternoon. We made a bid on another place, and they came back with a counter offer, $30,000 down, and 10% interest! People are getting real greedy.........
