Dave, do you have to clean up the places and maintain them as well?

 

Report, Clean up, secure, inspect, light repair (replace a faucet).........any damage by former owners, vandals, etc....structural, electrical, plumbing this type of thing, I have a list of licensed contractors to call and job out to.

Kinda like a mall cop.............Observe and report.....anything heavy goes down, wait for the pros!

Neighbor called the cops on me at one place, thought I was vandal.
Since when do vandals show up with a truck and trailer full of yard maintenance tools?

i have had that happen to me before. i was cutting the grass at this lady's house and the next thing i know sandy pd shows up. thats good neighbors tho hey atleast their watching.

 

I loved the exasperated look on the cops faces when they figured out the situation, I think they told the neighbor off.

 

I've heard about people showing up to a house in a uhaul truck to steal stuff. Neighbors just thought they were moving...

 

Steve, Don I have a flat bed trailer, bumper pull, that we can use to move some of the 65/66 parts. I could use a few things for myself and for Allen Jr's truck. May get togather and see what we can do.

 

Some of these places get rented out by the note holders, I have never heard anything good about this...........places usually get re-trashed all over.
