I my friend is in Colorado. The truck is already down for the count. So Im just kinda lookin for something cheap to get me rollin again and back ta two vehicals and let my girl have her car back. I was quoted in the lines of $1,650.00 and $250.00 core or something like that. The core doesnt really matter to me cuz I work at an auto parts store. They are a new line of things we picked up. I just wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of them or has had a dealing with them in the past. Ill make sure tomorrow the name is right and all that too. I kinda just glanced the name and dialed the number from my sales counter phone.

I like the 3yr, 75k warrenty cuz I dont really drive that much. It would take me many years to drive that. Ok maybe 5. Not to bad... I think every 5 years is a ok to do a tranny swap lol.

Hey Dan... Have you checked with Parker Transmission and gear? They are on Twenty Mile. Ask for Dale.

Thumbs down CLOWNS

I would give them ZERO STARS but it won t let me. I purchased my Moveras transmission because of the 3 year, 70,000 mile warranty.

Will I got ONLY 14 miles out of the rebuilt trans. Yes I said 14 miles.

Tony, the first contact with these clowns said, Sorry. He promised though to replace the unit (Part of the warranty, so no big deal) And even cover the cost of the shipping, really?

He then, after talking to my mechanic said they would rebuild one right away, that took a few weeks.
In the mean time I am paying for a rental.
I asked who was going to cover the cost of the second installation of the transmission and Tony said talk to RockAuto Parts since I ordered it through them.
If these people cared they could have at least offered to $400 towards my mechanic, but instead they have offered nothing more than the warranty provided for, and Tony from Moveras made that sound like they were doing me a favor.
there were several other issues in dealing with these clowns, but lets just say that again my best advice is to STAY AWAY!!!!!

I plan on posting this on every site I can find as well as spreading it through all my business sites and networking groups that I am a part of to help others to not have to go through what I did.

Ehhh nothing real bad. If you hit QUOTE on anyone else's post, you get what they typed. From his...it includes about 200 lines of HTML ref, tags and font setup codes. Just general BS. Not malicious... but annoying

I had my first transmission installed into my car by a qualified Transmission mechanic.

I paid him to install the trans. He took it for a test drive and it was good.

I picked it up and drove 6 miles when the car started to shake.
I turned around and took it back to the shop.

The mechanic checked it out and said it a gear in the back part was installed wrong, something about being off by 180 degrees OR something about a tube that transfers fluid to the back section of the trans.

So I had to order another one. I talked to a gentleman by the name of Tony who then talked to my mechanic. Afterwards Tony said he have another rebuilt right away and send it to me.

It took over a week to start the rebuild, my thought is, don't they have a stock ready to ship out.

Then it took about another week to get it ready to ship, I was told different ship dates then I received an email from them saying, and this was after several emails and calls on my end to get it going, that it would be shipped on the 20th of Feb 2013. the next day I still had not received an email stating that it was shipped so I again called and then on Friday I get a conformation email that it was finally shipped,BUT again, only after I called AGAIN.

So I now have the second trans ready to install. SO fingers crossed that I get 40 miles of this one.

Please note that at no point and time did anyone say wow, only 14 miles, yeah we rebuilt it incorrectly and you should not have to pay the mechanic to install it a second time.

In fact with Moveras, the only time things got done was when I called them.

So this is why I say "STAY AWAY"
