yes it will be all black. Im debating on whether or not to paint the chrome black. I probly will but idk at the moment.Star, as a matter of fact i just got done filling in all the holes about an hour ago lol. Have some more grinding to do. I wanna get the mounts welded up before i paint, so i dont eff up the paint. I figure 4 grade 8 bolts should be enough, right?

I would use 2-3 5/8 grade 8 bolts on either side.

If I had a bumper like that I would probably just chase deer all day with my truck. Our back yard is full of them lately.
