Hi all. Been out a while. Work is kiling my time lately. Very nice "new" trucks you guys got! I didn't get any good pics on the Jeep run weekend before last - views of Lost Alamos and an easy trail but it sure was nice weather and great to get the Bronco out again. I also got a new toy but it's not a truck. It's a Sig Sauer Scorpion .45 1911. A damn nice shooter! Guess you could say I'm a 1911 fan. I've got several and carry one all the time.
My husband has a love afair with white trucks. Every vehicle he buys has to be white for some reason. I like color but he insists that white is better. I don't know what it's all about. (I'm not joking...his lexus is white, my F150 is white and now the Ex is white, it's a sickness really )
.
My family is just the opposite.... all the Trucks are BLACK and all the Cars are Red... no joke!!! When we have Christmas at my parents it looks like a Ford Commercial!!
The BEST highway vehicle I have EVER owned......sweet

I'll post pics up tomorrow along with a nice list of what needs to be done to it (which I don't think is much).

Ask and you shall receive. Here are some pics of the "Toys". The Rock Crawler and the Café Racer. Here is Me and my son out at the Rio Puerco West of Rio Rancho.
Some more of the Rock Crawler
And Here is the 1973 Yamaha Café Racer Scariest Bike I have ever riden
Thats a nice one. I'm looking at getting another one sometime this year. 1 shiney one and my older one isn't enough. Hard part is making rounds for them.

Black Jeep look familiar. Who's driving that one? You with the NMOR club?

The first 2 pics are when the black vinyl wrap was all over my Jeep. I have since taken off some of it to expose the red color underneath. The last couple pics are the same jeep without the vinyl wrap. I am part of the the New Mexico chapter on the Wrangler forum under the same screen name quarkdude. Do you ever take your "off roader" out here in town?

Damn.. that was black vinyl? That's crazy. Looked good.
I don't have an "off roader" anymore. It's been a long time since I been out to the Puerco. I am gonna build up this F150 as an Expedition Rig though. Doesn't have to be 100% fully self contained if I can pull a nice off road pop up behind me. But, my goal is to get far away from the paved roads and out into boonie lands. If a Razr doesn't fit on those pop ups, then a nice quad should work for my off road desires.
