Still here in Rio Rancho, a NW burb of Abq. Not much going on here these days.

Went to Grand Staircase back in April. The place was deserted, just the way I like it! Got half price on a room and did some awesome wheeling in the old Bronco. Going back again with the better half this fall.

Stay safe everyone.

Still lurking around. I'm from out of state, but NM will always feel like home.

Yes, Elephant Butte is closed to Texans LOL (and all other non residents )

Lots of cheating by parking the non resident vehicles at someone's home and entering the park in their vehicle, so .... yes and no LOL.

Pretty much normal here except for the mask nonsense and really only that at Walmart (you can force the issue and get in). Not as much traffic as normal on WE's.

that's WONDERFUL , cept for the cheaters... excited to return in about two months
up here in colo. our little community is overrun with tex,ok,nm.cal.fl. all combined they out
number locals 2 to 1
kinda funny, about 5 years ago the local businesses and chamber of commerce advertised
and promoted all over colo. for tourism ... now they are SICK of it.
10 mile lane main HIWAY going through two different parts of town bumper to bumper
and everyone in a hurry to have fun.

I've been trying to stay positive, but a freight train wouldn't surprise me much.

Howdy Nuevo Mexico, used to be stationed down at White Sands (WSMR) & then lived in Alamogordo for about 10 years when I got out. Just ran across this little story today & thought y'all might be interested. I never heard of it before.
