Thanks for the link. They really need to get a decent picture on their site, though. Can't hardly see anything except a black body with two hose nipples, and they're really out of focus.
Boy that is a blurry pic, thats how my vision is coming out of the tap room up the road, shees....
I definitely wouldn't pay that much for the BD Power kit...exspecially when I can make that same thing my self. I do want to put some kind of catch can on my ccv though. I might look into that tommorow.
What kind of filters are they using on that thing? I tried a DIY canister and route back to the intake but I apparently didn't have good enough filters because I still got oil back into the system, although no where near as much as stock.
I have the same problem. It removes some of the oil, but not all. I am curious to how they solve this problem with their filtering.
I hope my comments are taken wrong... I'm interested in the product design features myself... I just hate to see teaser pics like that which don't help anything and cause customer frustration.
If I were serious about purchasing it, "patent pending" or not, there is no way I would ever commit cash until I could get a clearer view of what I was buying. In my mind, a blurry picture like that with a price tag is a lame approach to marketing, regardless of how good the product may be.
I agree Pete. But its the old saying " beggers cant be choosers" in my case. I want to do the CCV and I want a filter that goes back to the inlet (call me picky) but I dont want to spend big bucks and really couldnt be bothered making one. I have a heap of parts coming from Clay and needed to make a decision on it so I could get all sent in one to save freight. I was a bit hesitant at first re the pic but have read a bit about it on PSN and others and Raul is a supplier on FTE so what the hay, give it a go. Will let you know when all is done (with pics).
Way to go Brian...what the hey...just do it, take lots of pics and post em for us...then we can drool over em, and contemplate whether we can afford to buy or need to go "soup can" diving....hahahahahaha
