CCV Mod option?

CCV Mod option?
Spoke to the Yoda of diesel at the truck shop today about the oil in the valley. He said rather than do the Mod to just buy the ccv vent for a F-650.
He said all you do is replace the intake connector turn the the vent housing around and install the pre formed vent pipe.
Anybody gone this route?

If you have oil in the valley its not from the CCV, you have a leak somewhere else, hose, HPOP,turbo pedestal and turbo bolts, subscribing on the 650 CCV, there's do it yourself CCV methods that are cheaper..

x 2 on that one. Clay from Riffraff has a cheap CCV kit.

Depends on how much u wanna spend. there are more complex (neater) ones out there but of course they cost more. I myself went with the one from Stealth which vents the filtered air back in to the intake.

Thanks for the link. They really need to get a decent picture on their site, though. Can't hardly see anything except a black body with two hose nipples, and they're really out of focus.
