Power window problems

Resurrecting an old thread, howdy, I have not been on in a while.
Drivers door, window will not go down, the relay makes, 13.3 volts (running) at and though the switch when operated, and to the motor connection. I tried putting some downword pressure on the glass to assist...no go, The up works, the window tries to close further.
Ideas anyone? Can just the down go out on the motor?
