I was able to purchase a 979 F150 Custom. After getting it home I noticed that the 4x4 shift on the floor was wobbling. I opened up the floor panel and found that it is connected but not really working? Is this easy to fix? Where would I go to find out informtion on putting this back together? Any suggestions?
Sounds like part of the problem is the bushing is wore out in the shifter. Does any of the linkage move at the t-case?
