you would have to replace the transfer case in your truck(ESOF)vaccum operated/engaged) to a manual shift transfer case.
It can be done, there is a hole in trans hump with a plate cover.

I guess you need to be more clear. Are you wanting to adapt your transmission to floor shift or transfer case?

I've been rolling the idea around in my head about puling my Twin I-beams out and putting a front axle in... with manual hubs and a manual T-case...

I'll have to win the lottery first...

After a night of plowing driveways ,my arthritic shoulder, is very sore from the up / down motion of going from drive to reverse. I think the forward / back motion with a floor shift would lessen the pain in the shoulder. To be more clear -- I have a manual xfer case & a auto trans. The conversion kit I'm looking for is for the trans.

Instead of a floor shift, how about a pushbutton selector?

Don't bother. Your clutch will be gone after a year. There is a reason an automatic transmission is a de facto standard for plow trucks.
