Well the trannie is replaced and both eng's are back in, and the rotor blades are back on, will pull it outa the hanger saturday and do all the flight control rig checks.
Then re-rig the eng controls and take it up for a text flight, finger's Xed. 16 day job that normaly would take a month an 1/2.
Got my vacation approved, leave here on 17th April to Dubai/Atlanta/Springfield hit the house, fire up the open header's on the 79 on the 18th.
Gotta make a run to St Louie to pick up some craigslist item's, anybody need any thing from up that way?

I worked on trying to buff/wax scrub what ever you call it not having much luck the hood and top of cab on the truck look faded trying to bring it back.
changed the oil ,glued the rear view mirror back up , took the door panel off tested the widow motor. It felt good to get of the couch!

Well what's the deal on the supercab, gonna get it? You do know I got a 78 F150 4x4 XLT package 351M auto setting around up here, would rather sale than trade. I will put info and pic on Mo sale thread.
Glad to hear you are up and around and recovering from your surgery. But do not over due it, my dad had a hyneria surgery once and overdid it and tore a stitch out, ouch!

If we get together to swap Ol Kabluie's eng, you will have plenty of time to look it over.
Looks like I might be getting a 460 for ol red??? Any body up for another eng swap ??
I will be off here for about 10 days, going out on a mission and will be a long way away from my computer.
Counting the days till my vacation, and hearing those open headers rumble.

I suffer from the same issue.
The only way I Could get the truck is a trade!
