Hey Guy's

Anyone around Liberty got time to swing by my house and give my truck's clutch system an attitude adjustment? Can't seem to get the air out of the lines

Anyhow the main reason I am posting is about meets. I have read you guys have Chapter Get together type things. Is there certain times in the year you do it or is it a call it as they come thing?

Would be a real blast to meet some of my fellow ford lovers! I love to talk shop.

I'm all about a convy of 2/3 Ford trucks. Sure would like to see a city block long row of Fords. Maybe we can turn some heads on the strip, atleast they'll hear us.

well the family down here is taking it pretty hard... never seen my my uncles cry before.... but now the whole thing is over with and things are looking up... i fixed my stepdad's GMC, his 4 wheeler, and helped him on his 79 Corvette... still not up and running but it's a step closer... btw ches when we pulled the codes off of the red truck it was the same origional code, runing lean bank 2.... so we're gonna have to take another whack at it... also a update on the 351W.... found one on craigslist for 200 bones, it ran 6 months ago and the only ovibious damage is to the valve covers... which i'd replace with chrome ones anyway.... also found some 4v heads for 50... so all i need to do is get back to work!!!!!

Ok we are back from St Louie, with another FACTORY set of FORD bed rails. Got hammered on margretta's at LongHorn last night. This morning we went up in the arch, Budweiser factory tour, Botanicial garden and then a 4 hour drive home.

Going to do a bit on the new Ford tomorrow, and prob hit the local yard for some stuff? Unk Bob, sorry didn't stop by, was dead after all that driveing.

pretty boring huh...lol well atleast you're having a good time, the bed rails are they for wooden beds or the metal ones? i need some cross members for my wooden bed and someday i'll redo all the wood in the bed... for now i'm focusing on motor, transmission, paint, and interrior which is enough already! gotta get my check in the bank then gonna see about swiping that 351 for 200 bones.... after that i'm gonna need either a ZF or a M5OD... then paint for about 500 from a new guy in blue eye... somthing along those lines

New 78 pic's

Yea we always have a list of things we want done.

The rails are for a metal long bed, probably put them on the new 78. I got a set on the 77 but dinged them a bit when I hooked up to my sister's goose neck trailer.

78 with PO installed 79 headlights. 460 4bbl 4 spd, factory a/c, 35/12.50/16.5's, and yes it will be at the May G2G. Seat is getting switched out this wekend, big mud flaps do save the paint, but....

Mechanicly its good, but could use some body work, little ding here and there and some surface rust. My 77 is in better body shape as far as rust, but needs paint.

The PO put 2" blocks under the front springs, YES I know thats a big NO NO, and a stacked set under the back, another NO NO. Will fix with a new 4" or 6" inch lift kit, next time I am home.

Untill then I am enjoying it as is, see ya'all at the G2G.
