I posted a thread a whili back after reading another post about " truck shakes between 40-50 mph" my truck had the same thing going on. I followed the steps on how to check the continuity on the injector harnesses and all were good.
Chris then suggested taking my edge evolution programmer off and running it stock.
I did that and the check engine light went off and I didnt feel the "shake" between 4-50 anymore.
The more I drove it I noticed a slight shake but at a different mph range and the check engine light went back on and up pops the 1316 code again.
I programmed my truck back to race mode (stock mode sucks) and the code was off for 3 days and back on permanently.
Any advice what to do next? oo' f350SD 4x4 w/ edge evolution programmer
Get a hold of a diagnostic tool that can pull codes out of the IDM. P1316 means that there are codes stored inside the IDM, and your Evo and other handheld code scanners cannot pull IDM codes.

You have to do a CC or buzz test.
The test will pull out the IDM codes.
went to a shop today and had a guy run the test and he got an idm code of 1263 and said it had something to do with the #3 injector. What is the process or the next step. He also said right when he started my truck that it had a miss just by hearing it. The #3 injector and pass. side harness were replaced prior to this problem but have having codes since.
If they only did a buzz test it might be an injector solenoid. Try omhing out the I to C measuresments and compare the various injectors. Test this at the 9 pin of the valve cover (male side). You can also get a pigtail for testing that makes it easier to test.

I had already done this check prior to this and all had checked out. Then I was advised to have the idm codes checked and thats where I'm at now
