I just cant get over those prices. Each time I see one that you post, and the price of it, my brain kicks in and I keep thinking I should try to get one asap before the housing prices go back up!

It's farther away from the lake than what I wanted, but the house is just too gorgeous.

It's in the lead right now and I haven't even been inside of it yet.

Well, right now I am about a mile and a half from the boat launch. I would like to be within a couple of blocks of a launch. Most of the private subdivisions on the lake have their own launches. Currently, I use a pay launch site (5 bucks).

This new house is about ten miles from the nearest launch.
