It is a little overcast here in southern indiana.
I think that it is a lot rougher on guys today to have a girlfriend than it was when I was in high school (class of 82) Sometimes the girls who just want to be friends can be the best ones. Jacob wil do fine. Lisa you are dead on about the confusion issue. That was a good way to put it.
I guess we all want to give him and other youngsters advice so they can use our experience to help them grow and to use our mistake examples and not follow same path. But in reality he will do it all his own way because he is human. He iwll make right decision when its time and he will find the kewlest g/f there can be.
Dang i want the sun to come out! Can someone anyone send me some sunshine?
Heres a pic of my pup Lily, taken 2 minutes ago outside(she looks so funny, I got her to sit and stay and she was just itching to come chase after me while i was backing away to take the picture!) , its beautiful out here today too, supposed to be a high of plus 21C today, woot! Anything over plus 25C is too hot for me so today should be perfect!
John- Denali's are nice.... BUT you can get all those thing in an excursion... Plus the world greatest motor! Or even a 6.0L LOL. I understand about getting the wife what she wants... Anyways i figured we picked on ya for being a cop we might as well get ya for the chebby!
I would love to have an Excursion! Unfortunately, my wife absolutely refuses because of the size. And, since it's hers, I had to concede. Having said that, I'm kind of undecided about my next vehicle. I'm going to keep my truck but get a car or an SUV and I might try to find a good Excursion.

Yup. Pretty much the same size as the Expedition and you're right...they're a lot easier to park and she's the one that has to drive it. I've never been a big GM fan but I've got to give them credit for this one.

John don't listen to these guys' crap.
I've made it very public that I am an equal-opportunity car lover, and I think all manufacturers make some good cars. On that same token, all manufacturers make some crappy cars too.
Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Nissan, Toyota, Honda,...whatever...doesn't matter. It matters what the car is.
It doesn't bother me. I'm as thick-skinned and hard headed as they come...just ask my wife.
Well, this one isn't the extended Denali. It's the same size as a Tahoe and about the same as the Expedition. I like the Lincolns too but when it's mama's ride...
New Nail Gun, made by DeWALT.
It can drive a 16-D nail through a 2 X 4 at 200 yards.
This makes construction a breeze,
You can sit in your lawn chair and build a fence.
Just get your wife to hold the fence boards in place while you sit back,
relax with a cold drink and when she has the board in the right place,
just fire away.
With the hundred round magazine, you can build the fence with a minimum of reloading.
After a day of fence building with the new DeWalt Rapid fire nail gun,
the wife will not ask you build or fix anything else again.
Yep, just did a quick search, turns out its a full on real AR, with DeWalt stickers. Guess I'll really have to make my own. If that thing hit the shelves at Home Depot Id have several....
