I have a breaded chicken and a beef stew reciept that are outstanding.I normally save those for the winter months myself..IF you are interested.. I will get to typing.. or find a scanner and email them..

I have some good zucchini recipes that Randy's mom gave me...old family recipes...from back when I was growing giant zucchini and didn't know what I was going to do with all of them.
