Forgot to mention one thing.

We saw a lifted 7.3 Excursion in Austin last night that was just bad ***. This thing had to have had a 10" lift on it. Way up there. BIG wheels and tires, straight piped, wicked wheel and just looking so bad *** rolling down Guadalupe St in downtown Austin. By the time I got my camera out, he was too far away. I would have liked to track him down have a close up look. Everyone on the sidewalk was commenting on how good the truck looked.

Dangit. You could've invited him/her to FTE.

I'm doing fine. Trying to figure out what I want to do today. Beautiful here, supposed to reach 55 degrees or so. You?

Edit: ok. SO what brought you to California?

Thanks, Pat!

Should be good day. Weather here is perfect for bugs and beer. We are boiling 300#s of them today. We also have twenty cases of beer to ice down. I need to get off of here and run to the propane place in town and get the bottles filled. Lots of work to do but I am sure it's going to be worth it. I have some really fun friends....

Cris, did you get my song message today...
I think that would be terrific.

This is what I walked out to at about 6:30 tonight. The picture doesn't really show just how hard it was snowing and how big the flakes were. They were HUGE, probably 50 cent piece sized.
MMM. Leinies! Good beer.

We had a dusting of snow on the ground when I got up yesterday. That sucks after you have seen some 60's for a few days.

Good Morning All. Just got in from the sleepover at J-L school. A sleeping bag on a hard gym floor = not to much
Uhg! I cannot sleep on a hard surface at all anymore. You must be very tired indeed.

Sanitarium
Master Of Puppets
Blackened
Breadfan
Whiplash

Now that we're back, we are getting ready for the bug boil and beerfest that starts at 2pm.

Bugs, beer, hamburgers & hot dogs and lots of good friends today. Wish my FTE buds could join us. We need to move closer together....
Looks like it was a blast Scott.

I will be working on my truck today. Stevebricks is coming by and I will be doing the 6637 mod as well as installing a set of 06 headlights that I bought from Steve. I also have to yank the wiring to a winch that sits in the bed. I am having an issue with the remote, so I am goin to take it all out and get ready for my Stack.

I was 17 and my Dad called me and said do you want to move out here to California. I said sure because it would be a better life than I was having and I have been here ever since. I really want to move back home, at least for abit. I have a 25 year daughter that lives in Indy and that makes it hard.

Well I'm glad you had a good Friday and I'm sure the bug boil will be a blast too. If I lived in Houston I'd def be there.

A California born and raised wife and one of my three daughters doesn't want to move to boring Indiana. Like it is so much fun here in California. All she does is work and then school. She doesn't drive, so she doesn't go anywhere. At least in Indiana she could be cleaning the chit out of the stalls for the horses that I want.
