Mostly in the way I approach people and problems.. I alway approach the problem, with out much regard to the person, it is not meant to be an attack on the person, but it must be the tone, or body language I use, but most believe I am coming at them instead of jumping at the problem.. I am hoping to work on that..
Okay.. as some or alot of you may have read, My son has been a handfull the last week at school, ( he may be right now for all I know )
But on Saturday he had a soccor game, a little girl got plowed by the ball, and the poor thing fell to the ground. My son dropped everything and ran to her, picked her up, and carried her off the field..
All of the parents, at about the same time, did the awe.. and started clapping.. He is sucha good kid..
Now I just gotta cross my fingers for school today..

I find that hard to believe Pat, the few times that I have meet you, you where just the opposite, easy going, friendly, and took the time to listen.
Work must just bring out the best of you.
I been told by my apprentice that I intimate him, I just smack him on the back of the head and tell him to go back to work.
