I haven't done it yet but I did find someone else who did it on a different forum, pictures included, see the link below. From the pics I have of the back of my radio the plug and wire color combos looks the same.

This turned out to be a fun install!!! It took two hours…I tapped into the cigarette lighter for my constant power, ran my ground to the chassis and secured the module to the top of the ash tray housing with 1/4" sheet metal screws, so they wouldn't interfere with the ash tray/cup holder's operation.

I placed the audio jack next to the cigarette lighter. On the back side of the panel there are brackets for addition accessories, so I centered my hole on one of the brackets and it lines up perfect with the cigarette lighter for a real clean look.

A couple of things I learned were to disconnect the Battery before connecting the power wire because I blew a fuse on the truck when I hooked up the constant power wire. That scared me at first because I thought I might have shorted the module…it all worked out after I replaced the fuse. Second, was to turn down the power level on the module before securing it and make sure you can get to the adjustment after it’s installed. Your going to have to adjust the module in order to get the proper volume from the accessory your running…Oh, and make sure your volume is all the way up on your Zune/IPod before you make this adjustment. Mine wasn’t and I though the install was going to be a waste of time when I could barely hear it.

All in all, I’m imprested and now I have an unlimited amount of music in my truck. The problem now…is trying to figure out what I want to listen to…

Enjoy,

Mark!!!
